By placing an order on ParfumHill.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

About Our Products

All products sold on ParfumHill.com are hand-decanted fragrance samples, transferred from authentic, full-size bottles into smaller glass atomizer sprays. Decants are offered in 3 ml, 5 ml, and 10 ml sizes. Because each decant is hand-poured, slight variations in fill level may occur. The full-size bottle shown in any product photo is for identification and reference only — you are purchasing a decant/sample in the size you select, not a full bottle.

Authenticity & Brand Independence

Every decant is filled from a genuine, full-size bottle that we purchase ourselves at retail. ParfumHill is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the fragrance houses, brands, or trademark owners whose fragrances we decant. All brand names, fragrance names, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive purposes only — to identify the fragrance contained in each decant. We make no claim of partnership, agency, or official distribution on behalf of any brand.

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Fragrance decants are intimate, personal-use products that cannot be resold once opened or shipped. Our low pricing reflects this policy — decants are designed to let you try a fragrance affordably before committing to a full bottle.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@parfumhill.com with clear photos showing the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost. Damage claims made more than 48 hours after delivery may not be honored.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Shipping delays are normal, especially during peak seasons. If your package has not arrived within 7 days after the expected delivery date, contact us and we will issue a full refund. If a replacement shipment is also reported lost or stolen, we will not send a third shipment without full payment or a verified new shipping address. ParfumHill reserves the right to require signature confirmation on any order at our discretion.

Signature Confirmation

All orders over $500 USD ship with signature confirmation. By placing an order over $500, you agree to be available to sign for your package or to arrange for an authorized person to sign on your behalf. ParfumHill is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to failure to sign.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and tracking is provided by email once your order ships. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the continental United States. Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $89; orders under $89 ship for a flat rate of $8.99 via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination, and ParfumHill is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. ParfumHill is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipments due to an incorrect address will require additional payment.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time before an order is placed.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase on ParfumHill.com, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, including our no-return policy. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at service@parfumhill.com to resolve the issue is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to provide these terms, your order confirmation, shipping and delivery records, and any related correspondence to your payment provider as evidence in any dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
