By placing an order on ParfumHill.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
Products
All products sold on ParfumHill.com are hand-decanted fragrance samples transferred from authentic, full-size bottles into smaller glass atomizer sprays. Decants are sold in 3ml, 5ml, and 10ml sizes. Due to the nature of the product, slight variations in fill level may occur. All fragrances are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors.
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Fragrance decants are intimate, personal-use products that cannot be resold once opened or shipped. Our low pricing reflects this policy โ decants are designed to let you try a fragrance affordably before committing to a full bottle.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos showing the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost. Damage claims made after 48 hours may not be honored.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package has not arrived within 7 days after the expected delivery date, contact us and we will issue a full refund. During peak holiday seasons, please allow additional time for carrier delays before filing a claim.
If a replacement shipment is also reported lost or stolen, we will not send a third shipment without full payment or a verified new shipping address. ParfumHill reserves the right to require signature confirmation on any order at our discretion.
Signature Confirmation
All orders over $500 USD will be shipped with signature confirmation. By placing an order over $500, you agree to be available to sign for your package or arrange for an authorized person to sign on your behalf. ParfumHill is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to failure to sign.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase on ParfumHill.com, you acknowledge and agree to these terms including our no-return policy. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at parfumhill01@gmail.com to resolve the issue is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to provide these terms, order confirmation, shipping and delivery records, and any related correspondence to your payment provider as evidence in any dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1โ3 business days. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. ParfumHill is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided for all orders once shipped.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. ParfumHill is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipments due to incorrect addresses will require additional payment.
