No returns. Most retailers won't accept returns on even full-size fragrance bottles. Our decants exist so you can try any fragrance at a low cost before committing to a full bottle. If we offered returns, we'd have to raise our prices significantly โ€” we'd rather keep things affordable for you.

Damaged order? Contact us right away with photos of the damage and we'll send a replacement.

Lost package? Shipping delays are normal, especially during holiday seasons. A couple of days past the estimated delivery date doesn't mean your package is lost. If your package still hasn't arrived 7 days after the expected delivery date, we'll issue a full refund.

Lost or stolen more than once? If a replacement package is also reported lost or stolen, we won't send a third shipment without full payment or a new shipping address. We have to draw the line somewhere.

Orders over $500 ship with signature confirmation to prevent theft and protect our system. We're not Amazon โ€” we won't make our good customers pay for the few who take advantage.
